We celebrated Thanksgiving this year at Scott's parent's home. This was the first year that they were back from their mission to Australia. Scott's sister Julie and her family came in from California. It was great to see them. I think that Thanksgiving is one of the greatest holidays and you don't really appreciate it until you are older. Maddy and Xan had a lot of fun playing with their cousins. Scott's parent's house has this huge basement where they set up giant tables so we can all sit together. It is a lot of fun. It's amazing how Scott's mom is so organized to make sure that everything flows so well. I always enjoy being with Scott's family...almost as much as my own! :-) We are so blessed and grateful to live so close to both our families. After Scott's family, we drove up to my mom's house to have dessert with her. Sheila and the kids had already left, but it was also fun being with my mom. Still very strange not to have my brother with us, but such is life. It is a hard adjustment, but we still know he is with us in our hearts! (Granted, there was no food fight this year as that is one annual tradition that will never be the same without him).

Scott's niece, Trina, our favorite nephew Jeff, and their dad Mike.

The lovely Julie, Treyman, Doug, Aimee, and Scott's awesome dad!
